About

I am Yun Jeong Bae, a Chicago-based multimedia artist and founder of Greenmarrow Studio, an independent art and pattern design studio. Through hand-drawn illustrations inspired by botanicals and the natural world, I create art prints, stationery, and a curated collection of home and kitchen goods. My work embraces an earthy, warm aesthetic that celebrates the beauty of nature and brings simple joy into everyday life.

Originally from South Korea, I earned my BFA and MFA degrees from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. My professional background spans computer graphics for post-production and collegiate teaching, both of which continue to shape my creative practice. My work has been featured by Lollapalooza, Trader Joe’s, the Field Museum gift shop, Lotte Mart (South Korea), Hankook Chinaware (South Korea), and many more.
